Abstract

This paper presents some experimental activities conducted in an extension course in Astronomy applied to high school students from public and private schools in a town located in the state of Minas Gerais. Seven activities were chosen, among others, to report the impressions of the authors. Some suggestions of application that may be helpful to others teachers are also made.
